Badr Aljaafari is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 2005. His clients include international, regional, and local companies across multiple sectors, such as energy, finance, education, and manufacturing.
Aljaafari has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, Islamic finance, as well as regulatory matters, being qualified with an LLM degree from the Higher Institute of Judiciary in Saudi Arabia and an LLM degree from the University of Leeds in Advanced Legal Studies.
Aljaafari is admitted to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. He has advised and represented clients on different ranges of legal matters in terms of their complexity and values in front of Saudi courts, semi-judicial institutions, and arbitration tribunals, such as in contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, and disputes in the field of services, manufacturing, and contracting. His dedication to his clients, coupled with his deep legal knowledge and expertise, has made him a sought-after advisor for clients facing complex legal challenges.
In addition to Aljaafari’s extensive litigation expertise and as an accomplished arbitrator, he has acted as a sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and president of arbitration panels in Ad Hock and Institutional Arbitration, handling high-value disputes in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and telecommunications. His roles have included resolving complex contractual disputes and overseeing multi-million Saudi Riyals claims.
