Ibtihal Alharbi is experienced in providing legal services to both individuals and businesses. She earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University with second-class honors. She holds the Saudi accreditation standards for legal practitioners (SASL), as well as the specialized accreditation in the “Premium Residency” program.

Alharbi acts as counsel for one of JB Law’s clients undergoing financial restructuring per the Saudi Bankruptcy Law. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily legal matters related to the Bankruptcy Law, advising on the company transactions and contracts in light of the FRP, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

In addition, Alharbi offers legal support in areas including business formation and incorporation procedures, contract drafting, commercial contract dispute, and arbitration. She is committed to providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and protecting clients’ interests.
