Basil Albassam is a litigation attorney who supervises the litigation services provided ahead of various types of Saudi courts. He is also a member of CIArb and acted as an arbitrator in various commercial arbitration disputes. Additionally, Albassam serves as external counsel to a leading contracting company undergoing financial reorganization, representing them before the Bankruptcy Judicial Circuit and trustees.

Albassam has worked for years in the field of factory management and planning which gave him the opportunity to understand the technical aspects in legal transactions in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Albassam’s expertise extends to advising clients in diverse legal matters, including consulting for real estate companies managing assets nationwide and providing legal support to clients in different business sectors in negotiating contracts such as MoUs, JVs, and Subcontract agreements, tailored to client’s specific needs.
