Sarah Alyahya

Senior Associate

Sarah Alyahya’s practice focuses on commercial transactions and litigation. She earned her law degree from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University and holds an LLM from the University of Michigan Law School.

Alyahya is experienced in managing cases from pre-action through to trial and enforcement including researching, setting up strategies, drafting depositions and pleadings, and representing clients in courts. She handles cases in several areas such as commercial contracts, shareholders’ disputes, and also in bankruptcy procedures.

Alyahya is experienced in procedural matters in the Saudi Law of Civil Procedure, Commercial Courts Law, Bankruptcy Law, Evidence Law, and Enforcement Law. Her proficiency in these areas enables her to provide comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and a diverse range of local and international companies.

Alyahya regularly advises in drafting and reviewing various types of cross-border agreements and complex contracts, including joint ventures, MOUs, articles of association, sale and purchase agreements, and distribution and franchise agreements.

Beyond her legal practice, Alyahya assumes the responsibility of training and development at JB Law and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the firm.
