Wafa Alotaibi’s practice focuses on employment and labor law. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in law from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, she worked in one of the largest human resources companies, during which she was able to supervise various provisions and contracts related to employment and labor and the disputes arising therefrom.

Alotaibi supports clients through the full range of day-to-day employee relations issues, including recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary and criminal cases. Alotaibi’s proficiency extends to drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, as well as negotiating settlement agreements and advising on internal investigations and supervising thereof.

Alotaibi is an experienced labor litigator acting for corporations and employees. With a focus on unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions, she has handled hundreds of labor lawsuits, particularly advocating for expatriate employees’ rights.

Moreover, Alotaibi litigated in other several areas of law such as intellectual property, damages and compensations, and criminal cases related to fraud & forgery.
