Danah Aljabr acts as counsel for one of JB Law’s clients undergoing financial restructuring per the Saudi Bankruptcy Law. Aljabr’s responsibilities include overseeing daily legal matters related to the Bankruptcy Law, advising on the company transactions and contracts in light of the FRP, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

In addition to her focus on bankruptcy law, Aljabr has extensive knowledge of disputes arising from commercial transactions for both individuals and companies. Collaborating closely with her colleagues, she conducts in-depth legal research, develops project plans, and sets timelines to effectively address clients’ needs and goals in complex cases.

Aljabr’s expertise extends beyond bankruptcy and commercial disputes. She possesses extensive experience in advising clients on disputes related to Franchise Law, Trademark Law, and Companies Law.

Furthermore, Aljabr has actively contributed to assisting JB Law’s clients in trademark registrations at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
