Ibrahim Almeshary joined JB Law following the completion of his LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London, UK. Prior to this, he pursued studies in Sharia Law at the esteemed Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

Almeshary’s legal main practice is in corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. His academic background equips him with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of legal principles.

In his role at JB Law, Almeshary plays a crucial part in providing comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and a diverse range of local and international companies, especially in shareholder and partnership transactions and disputes, assessing and preparing cases for litigation. He also advises in drafting and reviewing various types of agreements and contracts, including joint ventures, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
