She earned her law degree from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University and holds an LLM from the University of Michigan Law School.<\/p><p>Alyahya is experienced in managing cases from pre-action through to trial and enforcement including researching, setting up strategies, drafting depositions and pleadings, and representing clients in courts. She handles cases in several areas such as commercial contracts, shareholders\u2019 disputes, and also in bankruptcy procedures.<\/p><p>Alyahya is experienced in procedural matters in the Saudi Law of Civil Procedure, Commercial Courts Law, Bankruptcy Law, Evidence Law, and Enforcement Law.
